I'm Andy.

Stuff I hear all the time.

The questions I get most. Answered honestly.

Most-asked:
"Are AI images allowed on Amazon?"
"What does an image really cost?"
"What makes Andy different from Photoroom?"

Amazon & rules

Are AI images even allowed on Amazon?
Yes. Amazon permits AI-generated images as long as they represent your product honestly and comply with platform guidelines. Amazon actively encourages AI tools in listings and ads. I stick to the hard rules (pure white background on the main image, high resolution, no misleading content). Final responsibility is yours. But I won't hand you images that break the rules.
What resolution do I get?
Up to 4K (4096 × 4096 px). That gives you maximum zoom depth on Amazon, print headroom and enough resolution to crop into any other format. If you need smaller files explicitly, I can hand you 2K — but the default is hires.
Are the images Amazon-compliant?
I'm built around Amazon's policies: main images on pure RGB-255 white, product fills 85 to 95 % of the frame, no watermarks, no banned add-ons. Gallery images can be looser if you want them to be. Marketplace rules can change — final QA stays with you.
Does this work for Shopify, Etsy, my own shop?
Yes, everywhere. I'm not Amazon-only. The images work on Shopify, Etsy, eBay, in Meta and TikTok ads, newsletters, on your site. Need specific formats (banner, vertical, square)? Just ask.

Andy-specific

What sets you apart from Photoroom, Pebblely, or a prompt tool?
The others are editors. You operate them, you type prompts, you own the result. I'm a creative director. You tell me what matters, I handle the rest, I ask when I need input. Fewer clicks, better images, no prompting know-how required.
How does this compare to classical product photography?
Classical needs a studio, a photographer, shipping, a shoot date and usually weeks of post-production. With me you bring existing or phone photos in, describe your product in chat and I deliver in minutes. Fraction of the cost, no shipping, instant iteration. I don't replace classical photography 100 %, but for 90 % of listing cases you no longer need it.
How accurate do the images look compared to my real product?
With reference images at the right angles, the output is very close to reality. Minor drift can still happen, so I always give you multiple variants. If one is basically right, we can fine-tune specific details — color, label, position, whatever you need.
What image types can you produce?
All the usual: Amazon main images on white, gallery images with lifestyle and detail shots, A+ content modules in Amazon's native formats, comparison charts, social ad formats. Specialty formats (banners, vertical for stories) work too.
How long does a finished image take?
Minutes, not days. From you describing your brand to the first finished image: usually 4 to 8 minutes. If you want to tweak the result, that's seconds more.
Do I need design skills or prompting knowledge?
No. I'm not a tool, you don't need Photoshop or prompt tricks. A conversation is enough.
Does this scale for large product catalogs?
Yes. I learn your brand once, every following listing builds on that same visual foundation — same colors, same fonts, same look. Variants only cost half a slot. Text inside images translates to any language with one click, perfect for international marketplaces.

Pricing & credits

What does a finished image actually cost?
From €1.00 on Scale, €1.20 on Pro, €1.32 on Starter. Via credit packs from €1.60 per image. Chatting, analyzing, and briefing are always free. Credits only pull when I render a final image.
What if an image is just bad?
Credits back. Bad output isn't your problem, it's mine. If a generation is completely off, tell us, we refund.
Do credits expire?
No. Neither subscription credits nor pack credits have an expiration. Unused subscription credits roll into the next month. Save them up for your big product launch. No pressure.

Product & variants

Can I enforce brand consistency? Colors, fonts, logo?
Yes, that's literally the point of the brand phase. You set your colors, fonts, logos once, I apply them consistently to every image. Main image, gallery, A+ content, every variant.
I have multiple product variants. Do I set everything up twice?
No. You create the parent product and add variants by dimension (color, size, material). I inherit all brand info automatically. Only what's actually different gets stored on the variant.
Can I translate images into other languages?
Yes. Text inside images (claims, benefits, labels) gets translated with one click. Great for international listings when you sell on Amazon US, DE, and IT at the same time.

Legal

Can I use the images commercially?
Worldwide, time-unlimited, on every marketplace (Amazon, eBay, Etsy), in your shop, in ads, on social. All allowed. Reselling the images themselves requires written permission; email hello@sellervisuals.com if that's your case.
